The full feature list of the Complete Time Trial System package can be seen below:

  • Per Player/Object Lap Time Tracking - Allow multiple objects to track their own time trial data simultaneously.

    • Current Lap Time

    • Personal Best Lap Time

    • Individual Lap Sector Times

  • Set Sectors Around Your Tracks - Time how long players take to get to individual points around your track. These are 'checkpoints' that players must pass through in order for a lap time to be valid.

  • Lap Validation - Prevent cheating by ensuring players complete your tracks as you intended. E.g: Driving backwards, Skipping checkpoints.

  • Various Track Types - Customize how lap times are calculated based on the needs of your tracks. E.g: Circular tracks vs tracks with a different start and end point.

  • Easy Access Of Time Trial Data - Easily access time trial data to integrate into your existing systems. E.g: Custom UI, leaderboards etc.

Other Features:

  • Time Trial Save/Load System - Save/load personal best lap time data locally to JSON. Provides easy access of persistent data to track progress across sessions.

  • Time Trial UI Manager - Demo Time Trial UI prefab. Provides an on-screen visualization of time trial data for easy testing/debugging.
